College: Plymouth State University (BA in Criminal Justice, Child Welfare and Family Studies

On The Field:

Highschool: 

• Coach Duffy played football, basketball and lacrosse at ConVal.
• He was Captain for all 3 sports.
• In 2003, he was 1st team All State in Lacrosse.
• At his time here at ConVal, he helped win the 2002 Division 3 State Championship in Lacrosse.

College:

• Coach Duffy played football at Endicott College for 1 season.
• He then transfered to Plymouth State University where he played lacrosse for all 4 years.
• At PSU, Coach Duffy helped win the 2007 ECAC Championship

  On the Sideline:

Coaching:

• Coach Duffy coached youth football with the Mountaineers from 2007-2013, where he led his team to win the state championship in 2013.
• In 2015, he coahed ConVal Middle School football.
• From 2008-2015, Coach Duffy Coached Peterborough youth lacrosse.
• In 2017 he was the assistant coach for ConVal Lacrosse.
• In 2018 he is the Head Coach for ConVal Lacrosse.

Off the Field:

• Coach Duffy likes to spend his free time with his wife, Martha, and his two daughters.
