On the Field:

High School Sports:

• Coach Landau played Football and ran Winter Track, Spring Track for West High School.
• He was captain of the Track team for 2 years and captain of the Football team for 1 year.

College Sports:

• Coach Landau played Football for the University of New Hampshire.
• He played for 1 year and unfortunately got injured which cut his playing days short. 

On the Sidelines:

Coaching:

• Coach Landau has been coaching for 8 years and 3 of those years have been here at ConVal.
• He has coached American Legion Baseball in Bedford, NH for Stevens Buswell Post 54 for 8 years.
• He coached at Souhegan High School in Amherst, NH as an Assistant Varsity Football Coach and a Freshmen Baseball Coach.
• Here at ConVal he has been the JV Baseball Coach and Assistant Football Coach.

Coaching Achievements:

• Coach Landau was named the NHIAA DII Coach of the Year in 2016.
• Coach Landau was part of two NHIAA State Championships in Football at Souhegan High School.
• He has also won 2 State Championships as a Baseball Coach with Stevens Buswell Post 54, 1 Northeast Regional Championship, and has also qualified for the American Legion World Series. 

Off the Field:

• Coach Landau attended West High School in Manchester, NH where he played Football and ran both Indoor and Outdoor Track. He then attended the University of New Hampshire where he played Football. Outside of coaching, Coach Landau has many activities he likes to do such as, camping, hiking, spending time at the ocean or lake, swimming, kayaking,and snowshoeing but his favorite activity to do is to read a good book on his hammock.

• Coach Conway played baseball and football in high school for Manchester West.

College Sports:

• Coach Conway played baseball at Plymouth State University.

On the Sidelines:

Coaching:

• This is Coach Conway's third season coaching JV baseball. He is also been a coach for the Freshmen basketball team for two years and a member of the coaching staff for the football team for one year here at ConVal.
• He was the coach for one year as the Derry Senior Legion Pitching coach. 
• Coach Conway also was the head coach of the Bedford Senior Legion baseball team for five years. He also spent one season as the head coach of the Bedford Junior Legion baseball team.
• He coached for the Hillside basketball team for one season. 

Coaching Achievements: 

• Coach Conway has won one state championship and one regional championship in Senior Legion Baseball. 
• Coach Conway has one World Series appearance in Senior Legion Baseball. He also lead his team to the 8th rank nationally in Senior Legion Baseball.
• He has one State Championship with the Bedford Junior Legion.
• Coach Conway was also the youngest coach to make in appearnce in the Legion World Series. 

Off the Field: 

• Coach Conway currently lives in Lyndeborough, NH. He is originally from Bedford, NH and attended Manchester West for high school. He went to Plymouth State College where he played baseball. He is currently a physical education teacher for the local schools including Francestown, Greenfield, Temple and Antrim. He enjoys fishing, biking, playing basketball, skiing and any time spent outdoors with his wife and dog.
