The Cougars took the floor tonight fired up to celebrate Pink Night and help raise awareness for people with cancer. The match began with a reading of names for those friends and family members that have been affected by cancer, which has special meaning to many on both teams. The girls stayed ahead the majority of each match with good serving and a combined total of 26 aces on the evening. The set scores were 25-15, 25-20, and 25-18 all in favor of the Cougars.
Leading the Cougars were Emma Rodenhiser with 5 kills, 5 aces, 4 digs, and 2 blocks. Kendall Sullivan added 2 kills, 9 aces, 5 assists, and 3 digs. Aria Laurent had 1 kill, 9 aces, and 2 assists, while Molly Tyle had 3 kills, and 2 blocks.
