The cougars traveled to Henniker tonight to play thr Generals of John Stark. The girls came out enthusiastic but were slowed by the opponents tough serving and very quick hits. The cougars lost the 1st set 11-25. Feeling like they could do better, the cougars came out tough and capitalized on several General mistakes to take the early lead in set 2. Unfortunately, the cougars couldn't hold on and lost the 2nd set 18-25. The 3rd set was back and forth until the cougars took a 14-18 lead. Once again the tough serving of Stark made it difficult for the cougars to hold on and they ended up falling short 20-25 losing 3-0 on the night! The cougars were lead by Isis Battaglia who had 2 kills, a block, 2 aces, and 2 digs. Kendall Sullivan had 3 assists, 1 ace, 2 digs and 3 successful serve receives amd Anna Chisholm and Lillian James each added an ace on the night. The cougars fall to 0-4 on the season.
