The Cougar volleyball team took the floor against the very motivated Sabers tonight in Souhegan. The game started with a Saber 5 point lead which the Cougars were able to come back from and the point battle went back and forth until the Sabers took the first set 27-25. The battle continued as the Cougars took the second set 26-24. The sabers overpowered the cougars in the next two sets with very difficult serving and captured the 11-25 and 15-25 victory! Leading the cougars tonight were Jaylyn Desrosiers with 5 kills, 2 assists,
and a serving ace. Joanna Adams added 8 Aces, 10 assists, and 8 digs. Riley Codman had 4 kills and 3 blocks, and Michele Hartwell played great defensively with 14 successful serve receives and 13 digs.
