CoEd Varsity Cross Country vs. Monadnock Regional High School

Cougars Lose: -
On Friday evening ConVal Cross Country raced under the lights at Cheshire Fairgrounds in the first annual Monadnock Moonlight Madness race. The girls team finished 8th overall and were led by 9th grader Whitney Adair (23:02). Paige Mendez (23:44), Elizabeth Petrov (24:05), Makenna Proctor (24:49), and Sara Mackie (27:54) rounded out ConVal's top five.
The ConVal boys team finished 5th overall. 10th grader William Simard led the cougars with another strong race, finishing 4th overall (16:42). Nathan Klonel (19:22), Mason Deschenes (19:37), Nathaniel Mao (19:43), and Cameron Bishop (21:23) comprised the remainder of ConVal's top five.

Saturday ConVal competed in the Manchester Invitational. ConVal had two individual top 20 finishers. Sophomore William Simard brought home a medal, finishing 13th out of 209 runners in the boys varsity race. Freshman Whitney Adiar finished 16th out of 75 runners in the 9th grade girls race.
