The ConVal Nordic team travelled to Plainfield, NH, on Friday to compete in its first Nordic ski competition of the season. The race, hosted by Lebanon, was held on a fast 4.6 K course. Despite limited training opportunities given the thin snow cover, the ConVal team performed admirably. Schuyler Michalak led the Cougar girls, followed by Sawyer Cawthern, Fenia Benet-Higgins, Bronwyn Tyler-Wall, and Sage Cawthern. Eddie Pope was the first ConVal boy to cross the finish line, followed by first time skier Rowan Inglis. Well done!
