The JV Cougars racked up their most points so far this season Tuesday in a 59-40 win over Coe-Brown at home on their home floor. Coe-Brown fought hard, played tough, and controlled the board, the game was much closer than the final score shows which is a compliment to how well the Cougars played, especially in the second half.

The Cougars made good decisions on both ends of the floor and took care of the ball in the 4th quarter to push the lead. The Cougar showed excellent collaboration and shared the ball with 10 out of the 13 JV Cougars putting the ball in the hoop. Joe Gutwein led the charge with 13, Emerson Craven chipped in 9, Christian Buffum had 8, and Owen McGuire had 2 big threes in the fourth for 6 points. Great play also came from Noah Stewart, Zander Carignan, James Cook, Malachi Page, and Alex Heck who all had 4 points each.

The JV Cougars now sit at 4-2 and look to keep rolling against Plymouth, at home, this Friday at 5 o clock.
