MERRIMACK VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL: 40
The JV Cougars started off their season greatly playing Merrimack Valley. The JV Cougars Played a great 3 quarters of basketball, let Merrimack Valley go on a big run to start the 4th, but finished with the game by playing smart, high IQ basketball and finished out the game to win 45 - 40.
Joe Gutwein, Owen Mcguire, and Emerson Craven led the charge offensively. Zander Carignan did a great job on the boards while Alex Heck, Malachi Page, Noah Stewart and Zach Burgess showed great hustle on both sides of the court.
The Cougars next play against Milford in their home opener on January 3rd at 5 o clock.
