After what might have been their worst half of basketball of the young season, the JV Cougars showed incredible effort, intensity, heart, and aggressiveness to fight back to a near win. The Cougars played an exciting second half and gave themselves chances to win. Rebounding, defense, playing together as a team, and supporting the team's chemistry were all highlights of the second half. After being down 12 at halftime, the JV Cougars fought back to be down just 4 points at the end of the third capped off by a half court buzzer beater from Augie Marshall. Lebanon fought back to take an 11 point lead with 3:47 left to play. However, the Cougars were not done and clawed their ways back to being down 2 points with less than 30 seconds left in the game. Excellent efforts seen by Max Sheinblum, Joe Hall, Trevor Faber, and Augie Marshall.
