The Cougars traveled to Manchester Central for the Holiday Tournament and faced off against Dover High School. The Cougars pulled out their first win of the season fighting off a very physical game. The Cougars led the half 24-11 for their best start of the season. Despite a strong comeback by Dover, the Cougars maintained their composure to hold off Dover to seal their win, 38-35. The Cougars were led by Lindsey Carey with 17 points and 12 rebounds, shooting 40% from 3 point line. Hannah Reinfrank pulled down 15 rebounds but had a tough night under the basket scoring 9 points. The Cougars had much better offensive production with help from Kalbie Grassett, Trina Parslow, Molly Cole, and Rachyl Parslow. The Cougars move on the play Manchester Central tomorrow at 5 pm.
