What an exciting game down on the field hockey field tonight! Luckily, Mother Nature held off for us and we took on the Jaguars from Windham.
Last years state champions brought their game, but we were able to match them play for play for 47 minutes! The score was 0-0 at the half, most of the game being played on their side of the 50. After half time, with about 13 minutes to go, they found the back of the net. We held strong and were able to get several corners and shots on goal, but they came back with one more just before the game ended.
Goalie Taylor Jarest, supported by our incredible defensive and mid field unit, thwarted off 14 shots on net.
We are excited to take on Hollis/Brookline on Friday!
