All athletes interested in playing winter or spring sports need to be registered before they can start.  

1. Complete the online registration via Final Forms. CLICK HERE to register.

2. Have a current, updated physical (physicals are good for 2 years). Please upload using the Final Forms registration.

3. Have an updated concussion ImPact test; click on this link [CVHS Code: e30340Cf98 - click Validate, click Launch Baseline Test].

4. Have proof of medical insurance (medical insurance information can be provided using the Final Forms registration).

5. Pay the Participation Fees for each sport via LINQ Connect or by check made out to ConVal High School.  For more information on participation fees, tryout dates, and  individual and family caps please right click this LINK,
